Cindy will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order. During this communication, we will review the bake date, turnaround time, and arrange either local pickup or in person delivery options.
Refund Policy
We take great pride in delivering high quality baked goods to our customers. Although every batch is made with care and attention, we recognize that rare issues can occasionally occur. For this reason, refunds are only provided in cases where there is a significant problem with your Mandelbread order.

We will coordinate a convenient time and location to meet you for pickup of your freshly prepared Mandelbread treats. Delivery fees may apply depending on the area.
Michigan Cottage Law
The law requires that all deliveries be completed face to face, allowing consumers to directly address any questions or concerns with the cottage food operator.
While orders may be placed by phone or online, delivery must take place in person. Payments through apps are permitted. Shipping and third party delivery services are strictly prohibited.
